Rates:

Rates are simply a £20.00 flat minimum charge for the first hour, followed by a charge of £20.00 per hour or part of thereafter to the nearest 30 minutes.(Cost of materials not included)

There is no call-out charge to use Juan's the Man! standard service.

There is no mileage charge within a 15 mile radius of Kendal, with a 25p per mile charge outside the 15 mile free radius.

Materials can be supplied by the client or sourced by Juan (sourced materials to be paid for in advance)

If it is necessary to spend a long period of time on sourcing and collecting materials, it may be necessary to charge a fee appropriate to the time taken.

A daily rate of £140 per 8 hour working day can be offered for larger tasks giving a saving upon the hourly rate.

A weekly rate for large projects can also be negotiated if required.
